Students, alumni, and faculty from the IAP, PU, came together to actively participate in the World Mental Health Day 2025

Students, alumni, and faculty from the Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, came together to actively participate in the World Mental Health Day 2025 event at the Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore, on October 9th, 2025.
This year’s theme, “Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophe and Emergencies,” highlighted the urgent need for accessible mental health care during times of crisis.

Led by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, Director IAP, and Dr. Afifa Anjum, Associate Professor, the group engaged enthusiastically in raising awareness and championing mental health advocacy.
Their involvement not only provided invaluable learning but also showcased IAP’s dedication to promoting community mental health and well-being.
